Why you may hear from more than one company

  • A request can be routed to a network or more than one potential partner under the disclosed process.
  • Different partners can operate under different names, websites, terms and privacy policies.
  • A call, text or email from a partner is not proof of approval.
  • Before continuing, identify the company, the product, the reason for contact and how it obtained the request.

Partner list implementation

The live page should display the current partner/network names or a truthful non-exhaustive list/categories supported by the actual integration. Include a “last updated” date and a process for keeping the list synchronized with active routing.
