The three-stage journey
| Stage | What happens | What it means for you |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Submit | Choose an amount, state and provide the information requested by the form. | CTCLoans receives a request; this is not a CTC credit approval. |
| 2. Partner review | The request may be routed to one or more participating partners. | A partner may verify identity, income, bank data or consumer-report information under its policy. |
| 3. Lender offer | If a participating lender decides to make an offer, it provides the credit terms. | Review APR, fees, payment schedule and lender identity before accepting anything. |
What CTCLoans does — and does not do
What can change after you submit
- The amount you request may not be the amount a lender offers.
- A lender may request additional verification before making a decision.
- Credit inquiries vary by partner and stage; a hard inquiry is possible.
- Funding speed depends on the lender, verification, bank processing, weekends and holidays.
- If the requested option is unavailable in your state, CTCLoans may route you toward another available path rather than present an unavailable product.
