5. Withdrawing electronic consent

The live process should provide a practical way to withdraw consent for CTCLoans electronic records when legally available. Withdrawal may prevent CTCLoans from completing a service that depends on electronic delivery. A participating lender may have a separate withdrawal process.

6. Copies and retention

You should save or print disclosures that matter to your request. CTCLoans should make durable copies available where the live flow requires them and retain consent records according to applicable legal and operational requirements.
